Applicant Privacy Notice

Scope

This notice applies to information you send AMT Business LLC when applying to work with us, whether by email, by phone or in person. Our address is 4350 Hogshead Road, Apopka, Florida 32804.

What we collect

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number.
• Your résumé and anything you include in it: work history, licenses (including CDL), certifications and references.
• Notes from interviews and conversations during the hiring process.

How we use it

• To evaluate your application for the role in question and, with your consent, for future openings.
• To verify licenses and certifications where the role requires them.
• To meet legal obligations that apply to hiring.

Who we share it with

Your application may be shared within Magellan Group and its operating companies when a role fits better in another company of the group. We may also use service providers — email and hosting, for example — and share information when required by law. We do not sell applicant information.

How long we keep it

We keep application materials for the duration of the hiring process and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices
