• Rental information you choose to share, including the asset you need, dates, rental term and job site location.

Information collected automatically

• Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request.

This website does not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels or any tracking beyond the standard server logs above.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry, confirm availability and send rates and terms.
• To prepare rental agreements, condition reports and insurance verification.
• To perform a contract with you, and to keep records required for our business.
• To maintain the security and reliability of the website.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information within Magellan Group and its operating companies as needed to answer your request — for example with A3 Mechanic, which coordinates maintenance of our fleet. We may also share it with service providers who work on our behalf — email and hosting providers, for example — and with professional advisers, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and rental information for as long as needed to answer it, to perform any resulting agreement, and to meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@amtbusinessllc.com or (321) 285-5022 and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, including under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
