• Anything else you write to us by email or tell us by phone or WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically

• Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request.

This website does not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels or any tracking beyond the standard server logs above.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry, confirm availability and send rates and terms.
• To prepare rental agreements, condition reports and insurance verification.
• To perform a contract with you, and to keep records required for our business.
• To maintain the security and reliability of the website.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We will not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We share information within Magellan Group and its operating companies as needed to answer your request — for example with A3 Mechanic, which coordinates maintenance of our fleet. We may also share it with service providers who work on our behalf — email and hosting providers, for example — and with professional advisers, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and rental information for as long as needed to answer it, to perform any resulting agreement, and to meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@amtbusinessllc.com or (321) 285-5022 and we will respond within a reasonable time.

SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number to AMT Business LLC (“AMT Business”, “we”, “us”), a Magellan Group company, and confirming your consent, you agree to receive SMS/MMS text messages from us at that number. These terms explain that program.

Program description

We send text messages related to our underground construction and horizontal directional drilling (HDD) / fiber optic services. Messages include customer service and project communication — such as job scheduling, site access coordination, project status updates and answering your questions — as well as occasional promotional messages about our services and availability.

Who receives messages

We only send messages to customers and business partners who have provided their mobile number and expressly opted in to receive texts from us (for example, by replying to our email opt-in request).

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your projects and interactions with us.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. AMT Business does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

Opting out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you opt back in by replying START.
